David Hamilton
I have lived in Fareham for over 10 years. Both my children went to Harrison school and are now at Cams Hill.
My wife runs a local fitness business and I work in the financial services. I think Fareham is a great place to live, but I feel more can be done to make it better.
I was elected Councillor for Fareham East in May 2022. I have called for greater help for residents in the cost-of-living crisis, and put forward ideas for more social housing, fairer funding of the Citizens Advice and increased use of renewable energy.
I sat on three council committees and enjoedy the workload.
I want to continue to push on the environment, protecting services and championing affordable housing.
I despair at the high taxes, deep cuts like the loss of the Ashcroft Centre and still not getting the basics right like good roads.
It’s time for a change.
